The HideAway is a volumetric and completely offsite built holiday cabin.
It was manufactured in Invergordon and brought to its new home on the Cambo Estate, Fife on a lorry. The holiday cabin, for two, utilises timber in different forms, including structural and insulation, and minimises the use of steel and concrete.
The HideAway model is simple but luxurious. With huge floor to ceiling windows; it is about magical views, big comfy beds, fire pits and bathtubs under the stars.
The high performance build fabric contributes to the offgrid technology solutions by minimising the need for energy in the first place. An innovative energy, waste water treatment and water source set of technologies will deliver a well balanced and environmentally sensitive solution that touches as lightly as possible on the Cambo Estate where the Hideaway is situated.
